This policy describes cookies and similar technologies used by the TuningSuite website and how visitors can control them.

Preference storage may remember language, interface choices and similar settings. It improves convenience but is not used to calculate ECU or TCU results.
If enabled and permitted by consent, TuningSuite may use tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or Meta Pixel to understand traffic, diagnose interface problems and measure campaigns. Availability depends on current administrator settings.
If enabled, Tidio chat may store identifiers and conversation data needed to provide live support. Payment, video, map or other embedded services may set their own technologies. Their processing is governed by the provider's policy and the selected consent.
Where required, optional technologies are disabled until the visitor makes a choice. Consent can be changed using the cookie control on the website, and cookies can also be deleted or blocked in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other functions.
Some cookies expire when the browser closes; others remain for a defined period to remember choices or measure returning visits. Duration is limited to the purpose and the provider's current configuration.
