This policy explains how TuningSuite handles personal data and ECU/TCU files across the website, portal, applications, support and partner services.

The controller is the operator of TuningSuite. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to office@tuningsuite.com. The operator will verify the requester before disclosing, changing or deleting protected data.
We may process account and company details, contact data, billing and transaction records, service configuration, consent records, security and access logs, support correspondence, device and browser data, and ECU/TCU files together with vehicle information supplied by the customer.
Data is processed to create and secure accounts, perform contracts, analyse and deliver files, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, keep legal and accounting records, and—with consent where required—measure use or communicate offers. The legal basis may be contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.
Submitted files remain the customer's material and are processed only to provide the requested service, matching, diagnostics, support and security. Access is restricted to authorised systems, personnel and processors. Customers must not submit files or personal data they are not authorised to use.
Data may be shared only as necessary with hosting, e-mail, support, analytics, security, payment and infrastructure providers, and with authorities where legally required. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law are used.
Data is kept only for the period necessary for the service, account history, support, fraud prevention and statutory duties. Retention may differ by data type and account settings. Technical and organisational safeguards include access controls, encryption in transit, backups, monitoring and audit records.
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. A complaint may also be made to the competent supervisory authority.
