Terms governing use of the TuningSuite website, portal, desktop applications, partner services and automated ECU/TCU processing.

The customer confirms that they own every submitted ECU/TCU file or have full authority to have it processed. Files are processed only on the customer's instruction and for the services selected by the customer.
Emission-related solutions, including DPF, GPF, EGR, SCR and AdBlue changes, may constitute prohibited defeat devices. They are not intended for vehicles used on public roads and are supplied only for lawful off-road, research, export or competition use where expressly permitted. The customer is responsible for local law, type approval, roadworthiness and the lawful use of every generated file.
Controller modification can damage the ECU, engine, transmission or other components. Before writing, the customer must create and verify an original backup, provide stable power and use compatible, correctly configured equipment. Automated matching does not replace review by a qualified tuner.
TuningSuite applications do not calculate checksums unless a specific product explicitly states otherwise. Checksum must be recalculated by the compatible flashing tool or interface during writing to the controller. The customer is responsible for the correct protocol, write mode, power supply and equipment.
Match confidence, originality status and estimated power or torque gains are technical results or estimates, not guarantees of performance, compliance or safety. Results depend on software version, vehicle condition, fuel, hardware and measurement method.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for damage caused by selecting an incorrect file, unlawful use, an incorrect write procedure, incompatible equipment or failure to preserve a verified original backup. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Account data and files are used to deliver and secure the service, process billing and provide support. Customers must not submit data or materials they are not authorised to use. Retention follows account settings, legal duties and the Privacy Policy. Access credentials must be protected and must not be shared without authorisation.
Acceptance of the current Terms is required to create an account and use TuningSuite. Acceptance date, version, language and technical evidence may be recorded for evidentiary and security purposes. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
