solution workflow
Adjusts supported cold-start calibration and related start-up strategies after the engine hardware and operating conditions have been verified.
Professional service scope
Temperature, voltage, cranking, pressure, glow and DTC data define the real failure condition before calibration.
Only the compatible temperature-dependent strategy for the identified ECU software is considered.
The result must be tested after a complete cold soak under the conditions that originally produced the fault.
A targeted cold-start calibration workflow for supported ECU software where start-up quality, cranking fuelling or temperature-dependent control has been professionally diagnosed under genuinely cold conditions.
The original file and exact ECU software are identified first. The measured failure temperature and start behaviour are reviewed before a compatible cold-start strategy is selected or the request continues to manual calibration support.
The uploaded binary and software identifiers determine compatibility.
Unverified matches are never presented as an automatic solution.
Unsupported files can continue through the central support workflow.
Provide coolant and intake temperatures, battery voltage, cranking speed, rail or fuel pressure, start duration, smoke behaviour and all related DTCs. Battery, starter, glow system, compression, injectors and fuel supply must be checked first.
Calibration cannot repair low compression, weak cranking, glow-system faults, air in the fuel system or incorrect sensor readings. The result must be validated after a complete cold soak in the original failure conditions.
